You can find our office at Pawar Heights in Hadapsar, right behind the Furniture Dot Com store. We are in Flat B 18 in Phase 2. It’s a pretty recognizable landmark in this part of Pune, which makes it easier for people to find us. We deal with insurance stuff every day. It’s mostly about explaining papers and making sure people have their forms filled out correctly. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with all the files and folders we have to keep track of. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as more buildings go up. It’s a busy area, but once you get inside the flat, it’s a bit more peaceful. We have a couple of desks and a small area where people can sit and wait if we're busy with another person. Most of us have been working in insurance for years, so we’ve seen all sorts of situations. We don't use any fancy talk; we just tell people what the situation is with their policies. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer screen. It’s just how the job goes. We take our lunch breaks together when we can and just get through the week. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
