Axa Business Services is located in the Khadki area of Pune, specifically at 77/28 in the Gopi Chawl Building. We are right across from J.K. Furniture, which is usually how we tell people to find us if they get lost. Khadki is an older part of the city with a lot of history, and the Gopi Chawl building has that classic local feel. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. The office itself is pretty basic. We don't have glass walls or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place where we get our work done. The 411003 area is quite busy, so there’s always noise from the street and the shops nearby. We don't mind it much; it’s just part of being in this neighborhood. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a bit. We don't use big words to explain ourselves. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. J.K. Furniture is a good landmark because the chawl building can be easy to miss if you aren't looking closely. We like being in Khadki because it feels real and grounded. It’s not like those shiny new IT parks on the edge of town. Here, you feel like you're part of the actual city. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the daily grind. It’s just a regular office in an old building. Our space at number 77/28 is where everything happens for us, day in and day out.
