You can find us at the Laxmi Building, right on the first floor. We are at 180/1 in Somwar Peth, which is very close to the Nageshwar Mandir. Since this is an older part of town, there is always a lot of movement and noise on the street outside. Being on the first floor is good because we can see what’s going on, but we are just far enough away from the direct traffic noise. We handle a lot of different computer technologies here. The shop is usually filled with tools, screws, and spare parts for various laptops. To someone else, it might look like a bit of a mess, but we know exactly where every cable is kept. We started small and have stayed that way because it makes it easier to talk to people directly. Customers often stop in just to ask a quick question about their computer settings or some new software they heard about. Somwar Peth has a lot of charm and we feel quite at home here. The building itself has some character, even if it’s an older style. We usually open up early and stay until the day's repairs are all done. Sometimes that means staying late if a computer is being particularly difficult. It is mostly just the two of us working. You just walk in and speak to whoever is available. It’s a very practical way of doing things.
