Avanthi Engg.College

We are based at 10-C Nirman Vihar, which is on Tarapore Road in the Camp area of Pune. Working in Camp is interesting because it’s such an old and busy part of the city. Our office is connected to Avanthi Engg.College, and we handle a lot of the administrative side of things from here. It’s not the actual campus where the classes happen, but more of a hub for the paperwork and the back-end stuff. We spend a lot of time with files, student records, and all the different forms that a college needs to function. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and it can get a bit tedious when there are hundreds of names to check. Our office is quite plain. We have shelves full of folders and a few old computers that have seen better days. It’s a real working environment, not something staged for a brochure. We don't talk much about visions or missions; we just make sure the registration dates are met and the fees are recorded correctly. The staff here has a good routine. We know when the busy seasons are, like during admissions or exams. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure no one loses an important document. Being in Nirman Vihar means we are right in the middle of the action, which keeps things from getting too boring during the slow months.
