Autoplus Engineering

We’ve been here in Bhosari at J-28 for a long time now. It’s right near the petrol pump which makes it really easy for people to find us without getting lost in the industrial lanes. We mostly deal with engineering parts and fixing things up when they break. It’s a busy spot every day of the week. The shop floor is usually pretty loud with the sound of machines, but that's just how the work goes. We don't have any fancy office or a lobby with leather chairs. It's just the tools we use and the work that needs doing. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty, but we make sure the machines are kept in good running order. It’s mostly local work that comes our way. People from around the area stop by when they need something specific made out of metal or some repair work. We've got a small crew of guys here. Everyone knows their job and we don't need a lot of management. It's not a big corporate setup, just a regular place where we try to get things right. The weather gets really hot in the summer, making the shed feel like an oven sometimes, but we stick to the schedule. We handle a lot of turning and milling work mostly. We’ve seen the Bhosari neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years. New shops come and go all the time. But we’ve stayed put at J-28. It’s a practical location for us.
