Kothrud is a nice area, but Paud Road can get really jammed with traffic during the rush hours. Our setup is inside the housing society, which makes it feel a bit more like a home-run business than a big corporation. We’ve got a few rooms dedicated to our food business activities. It started as a small idea among friends and slowly turned into something more formal. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table discussing which products to source next. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes we have disagreements or things don’t arrive on time. But that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own thing. We like being in Kothrud because everything is close by—the banks, the shops, and good places to grab a snack. Our office doesn't have any flashy signs. It’s just a place where we do our work, answer emails, and keep track of our sales. We try to be good neighbors and not make too much of a fuss. We just take it one day at a time, trying to grow the business without losing that personal touch that we started with.
