You can find us at Flat No A 19 inside the Rutuja Residency. This is part of Modern Colony, which sits right off Paud Road in Kothrud. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really feel like a typical office building. Atyaasaa Consulting Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this flat for some time. It's a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have desks set up in the different rooms and a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee. Being in a place like Rutuja Residency means it’s pretty calm during the day. We don't have many walk-ins, which is good because we usually have our heads down working on client projects. Kothrud is a great area with everything we need close by. Sometimes the parking in Modern Colony is a bit tricky if you have guests, but that's just part of living and working in Pune. We’re a small team and we’ve known each other for years. There isn't a lot of formality here. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and get to it. It’s a very practical way to run a consulting business. We like the fact that it feels more like a home than a sterile corporate office. It suits our style and helps us stay focused on the tasks.
