Out here in Wadki, things are a bit quieter than in the main city of Pune. We’re located at the Tenth Mail area in Tal-Haveli. If you’re driving out this way, you’ll know you’re getting close when the landscape starts to open up a bit more. ATS Infotech has been set up here for some time now. It’s a practical location for us. We don’t have a massive glass tower or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a solid place where the staff shows up every day to handle the IT work. The commute can be a bit of a stretch for some of the team coming from the center of the district, but we’ve made it work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and dealing with data, so being a bit away from the heavy traffic of the city center is actually kind of nice. The office itself is pretty straightforward. There are desks, computers, and a small area where we have lunch together. We don’t really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just focus on the projects that come our way. Dealing with technology in a place like Wadki gives you a different perspective. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The local area is growing, and we’re just a small part of that scene out here in the Tal-Haveli region. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to get our daily tasks finished.
