We are located in Pune at Flat No 203, which is in Block B of the Radient Hill View complex in Kondwa Bk. The name makes it sound like we have a great view of the hills, and on some days when the air is clear, you actually can see them in the distance. The building is part of a larger residential society, so there are always kids playing downstairs or people walking their dogs. It feels more like a home than a traditional office building. Inside, we have converted the flat into a workspace for Ats Info Tech Pune. It is a bit weird to work in a place that has a kitchen and a balcony, but it makes the long days more comfortable. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the balcony door open to let some fresh air in. We have a few mismatched chairs and some long tables where we set up our laptops. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and not be a bother. It is a bit of a drive to get to the main city center from here, but we like the quiet of Kondwa. We spend our time mostly staring at screens and taking the occasional break to walk around the parking lot. It is just a small, local operation trying to keep things running smoothly. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby and eat it while talking about nothing important.
