Atacons Infra. Pvt.Ltd. is based at 10, Sumedha Apartments in Shivatirth Nagar. We are right near the Ganesh Mandir on Sutar Path, just off Paud Road in Kothrud. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud is always busy and growing. Our office is a small place where we keep all our blueprints and site maps. It is not a very tidy spot because we are always dragging in dust from the construction sites we visit. We spend most of our time dealing with things like cement, steel, and labor schedules. Our phones ring a lot with people asking about project timelines or deliveries. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy sales pitches. We just let the work we do speak for itself. Kothrud is a good area for an infrastructure company because there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We know all the local hardware store owners and the guys who deliver the materials. It makes us feel like we are a real part of the neighborhood. We are not trying to be a massive developer with thousands of employees. We just want to build things that are solid and useful for the people who live here. It is a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We are usually either at our desks or out at a site.
