Astvats Mez Het Makur Tsaghik Farms International Private Limited

So we are based in Pune, out in the Kondave Dhawade area. Our spot is Flat 301 in the Dnyan Laxmi Park building. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor but it’s quiet enough to get things done. The name is a bit of a mouthful, Astvats Mez Het Makur Tsaghik Farms International Private Limited, but mostly we just think of ourselves as the farm folks in building 414/1. We deal with agricultural stuff, trying to bridge the gap between our fields and the city life here in Maharashtra. It’s funny how a flat in a residential building becomes the hub for a farm company, but that’s how we started. My cousin and I spend a lot of time on our phones and laptops here, checking on the harvests. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. It’s more of a home-office feel where there’s always tea being made. Pune is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep our roots in the farming side while living in the urban sprawl. Some of our people are out at the actual farms while a few of us stay here to handle the logistics. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We just want to do right by the plants and the people we work with every day. It is a long journey from the soil to the city.
