Associated Surveyors Valuers

If you go down to the Transport Area in Sector 26, you will find us at number 1258 A. It's a busy part of the Deccan Gymkhana area. We do surveying and valuing work here as Associated Surveyors Valuers. It involves a lot of measuring and checking property details all day. We spend a lot of time out in the field at different sites and then come back here to write up all the reports. The office is pretty simple. We just have some files, old maps, and measuring tools lying around on the desks. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The neighbors are mostly transport businesses, so there are always trucks moving around outside. It gets noisy with the engines, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a marketing team. Most of our clients are people who have known us for a decade or more. We just take the measurements and give the numbers as they are. It’s straightforward work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to be outside, but that’s just how the job goes. We keep our gear in the back room. Associated Surveyors Valuers is just a small group of us trying to get through the pile of paperwork on our desks. Sector 26 is a good location because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We aren't doing anything fancy or new. We just measure things and tell people what they are worth. It’s a steady living for us.
