We’re based out of Chandivali Village, just off Saki Vihar Road in the Thergaon area. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, kind of a mix of old village vibes and the newer industrial bits. We do management consulting, which basically means we help other businesses sort out their internal stuff. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who have been doing this for a while. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular room with some chairs and a whiteboard that never quite gets fully erased. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It gets pretty busy during certain times of the year, and we end up staying late quite often. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy theories. We just look at what's happening and suggest ways to fix what's broken. Most of our clients are just regular business owners who need a second pair of eyes on things. Sometimes we go out to their sites, and other times they come here. The traffic on Saki Vihar Road can be a real pain, so we try to schedule things around the worst of it. We just like to work quietly and get the job done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going here.
