Aspect Rpo Services is based right on Centre Street in the Camp area of Pune. Our door number is 1363/4. If you know the Camp area, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. There is always something going on outside our windows, from street vendors to people rushing to work. We do recruitment process outsourcing, which sounds complicated but mostly just means we help companies find the right staff without them having to do all the legwork themselves. Being in the 411001 zip code means we are pretty central. It's a handy spot for meetings because everyone knows how to get to Camp. The building we are in has some real character to it, it's not one of those new steel and glass structures you see everywhere now. We like the vibe of this part of town. It’s got a mix of old shops and new offices. Our team is small, and we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or branding. We just sit at our desks and get to work. Most days are spent talking to candidates and trying to match them with what our clients need. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer. The office is simple, but it serves us well for what we need.
