You can find us at the Mega Center in Hadapsar, specifically on the third floor in office C 409. We are located right near Magarpatta City, which is a very busy area these days. Our office is dedicated to research and development in management and entrepreneurship. It’s a practical workspace filled with filing cabinets, stacks of research papers, and a few computers that have definitely seen better days. We don't have a big reception area with a fancy logo on the wall. Instead, it’s mostly just desks where people sit and look through data or write up reports. Being in the Mega Center means there are always people walking through the corridors and a lot of activity in the nearby shops. We spend our days coordinating with different researchers and trying to make sense of various business trends. It’s not a flashy job, and we don't pretend it is. The windows look out over the traffic, and sometimes it gets a bit noisy during the peak hours. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and talk about the projects we are currently working on. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small association trying to get our work done in a functional space. It’s a lot of reading, writing, and sometimes just staring at spreadsheets until things make sense. It’s our daily routine.
