Ashvarya Beuty Parlour

Ashvarya Beuty Parlour is our little shop located on Stephens Road in Warje. I opened this place because there weren't many parlours right in this immediate area. We wanted to provide a spot where local women could come without having to travel too far. The parlour is quite small and we keep things very simple inside. We have a couple of chairs and some basic equipment for hair and skin care. It isn't a luxury place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a plain room where we do our work every day. Stephens Road is a good location for us because many people walk past on their way to the shops. We get to know our neighbors well because they come in quite often. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and wait for the door to open. Other days, we are busy from morning until evening. We don't have any fancy marketing or a big sign. Mostly, people find out about us by talking to each other. We try to keep the place as clean as we can, but it's an old building so it has its quirks. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a small, honest business and we are glad to be part of the Warje community. We just take things one day at a time and keep working. The ladies who come here seem to like the atmosphere.
