Ashvaitan Farms Private Limited

We are based in the Sadashiv Peth area of Pune, right by Kunte Chowk. Our office is in Nanal Niwas on Laxmi Road, room 606. Sadashiv Peth is an older part of the city and it has a very specific feel to it. We have been working out of this space for Ashvaitan Farms for a good while. The street outside is almost always crowded with people and bikes because Laxmi Road is a major shopping hub. Finding a parking spot is a nightmare most days. Inside the office, things are much quieter. We mostly deal with agricultural planning and talking to our farm sites. It involves a lot of checking on crop health and delivery schedules. We do not have a large staff, just a few of us who understand the agricultural business. Stacks of paper usually cover the desks and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that we have just learned to ignore. We are not fancy people by any means. We wear casual clothes and drink a lot of tea while we get through the day. People drop by sometimes to discuss land or seeds, and we just sit down and talk. It is a very practical way to run a company. We like being in this part of Pune. The building itself is old and has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We have grown fond of the local tea stall nearby too. It is just a normal life for us here.
