Ashirwad Mens Parlor

So we have this small shop called Ashirwad Mens Parlor over in Hadapsar. It’s specifically at Shop No 5 in the Harinandan Yadav Society area, right near Shiv Tekri. It’s not a very big place, just a few chairs and the usual mirrors you’d expect in a barber shop. We spend most of our time here cutting hair and doing shaves for the men who live around the society. It can get pretty crowded on Sunday mornings when everyone wants to look sharp for the week, so sometimes people have to wait on the bench outside. We try to keep the place tidy, but with hair flying around all day, it's a bit of a constant battle with the broom. The fans keep it cool enough when the weather gets warm. We’ve been at this Shiv Tekri location for a bit now, and we know most of the faces that walk through the door. It’s a simple setup. We have our razors, the scissors, and a few different types of creams. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basic stuff that guys need. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings us some chai while we work. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the neighborhood here in Hadapsar. Most of the talk in the shop is just about local news or whatever is happening on the street.
