If you head over to Shaniwar Peth and look for Narayan Chambers, you’ll find us at number 555 7. Aruna K Kaluskar is the name on the door. Shaniwar Peth is one of those old-school parts of town where everything feels a bit more traditional and grounded. We’ve been operating out of this chamber for quite some time. It’s not a very large space, but it’s enough for what we do. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, and the hallways can be dim, but once you’re inside, it’s just a regular workspace. I spend most of my days here along with a small group. We don't go in for fancy talk or expensive decorations. We just sit at our desks and get the work finished. Sometimes the street outside gets very loud with the market and the shoppers, but it’s all part of the local atmosphere. We know the other folks in the building well. It’s a community feel. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous place in Pune. We just want to do our job quietly and go home at the end of the day. People come to us because they know where we are and they trust the way we handle things without any unnecessary drama. It’s a very practical way of working. Just simple, honest daily effort in a place we’ve called home for years. We stay busy enough without needing to be loud about it.
