Aruna Beauty Parlour

Aruna Beauty Parlour has been a part of Sadashiv Peth for a long time now. We are located at house number 1060, which is right in the heart of the old city area. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always something happening outside the door. I started this parlour because I wanted a way to work and stay connected with the local ladies. Most of the work we do here is the basic stuff—threading, waxing, and regular facials. We have a small setup, but it’s comfortable. During the wedding season, it gets really hectic. We have girls coming in for mehendi and getting their hair done up. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for all the chatting, but that's what makes it a community spot. We don't have big glowing signs or anything. Just a simple board outside. I think people like that we aren't trying to be some big corporate salon. My sister helps me out sometimes when there are too many customers waiting. We use products that we know are okay for different skin types, the same things we'd use on ourselves. If you live around Sadashiv Peth, you’ve probably walked past us a hundred times. We try to keep the prices fair so anyone can come in without worrying too much. It’s just an honest little business where we try to make sure you leave looking a bit tidier than when you walked in.
