We are over here in Kothrud, Pune, set up in the Shantiban Society on Paud Road. Most days start pretty early because of the export schedules. It is a quiet enough spot for an office, even with all the traffic out on the main road. We have been working out of this space for a while now. Some of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which helps when things get busy. Usually, we are just managing files and talking to people about where things need to go. It is not fancy, just a desk and a computer mostly. The society has some trees around, so it feels a bit relaxed in the afternoons. Sometimes we walk down to the local tea stall when we need a break from the screen. We handle a lot of paperwork here. It gets a bit messy with all the documents, but we manage. Exporting is just what we do day in and day out. Pune is a good place for this kind of work because everything is connected. We keep things simple and try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. If you ever come by Paud Road, you’ll find us in the C-3 block. It is just a small team of us working through the lists and keeping track of everything that leaves the city. We like it this way. Our office is small but it serves our purpose well enough for now. We stay focused on the tasks.
