Our workshop is located at Bhosari A/77/B. If you know this area, you know it is full of industrial sheds and small factories. Mostly we do CNC work, which basically means we use computers to tell the machines how to cut the metal. It sounds fancy but it is mostly just a lot of measuring and double-checking everything. I spend most of my day wearing shop floor clothes and keeping an eye on the tool paths. We have a few big machines that take up most of the space. It can get a bit cramped when we have a big shipment of raw material arriving. We do not have a reception desk or a secretary. If you come by, you will likely find us at the back near the machines. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the long shifts. Sometimes we stay late into the night if a customer needs something urgently for their own production line. The floor is always covered in those little curly metal shavings. We sweep them up every evening, but by the next morning, they are back again. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We have been at this Bhosari location for quite a while now. We know the neighbors and we all help each other out with tools or advice when something goes wrong. It is a good community of workers and owners around here. We just keep our heads down and work on the next piece.
