Architectural Energy Solutions P Ltd is located in Flat No 08 B 1 at Kushal Park. We are tucked away in the Left Bhusari Colony, right behind the Kothrud Depot in Pune. Being so close to the depot means we hear the buses starting up early in the morning. It’s a sound we’ve gotten very used to over the years. The office is basically a flat, so it has a very homey feel to it. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own lunch most days. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, but Bhusari Colony stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our time working on energy solutions and looking at various technical sheets. We don't have a flashy lobby or anything like that. You just come up to the flat and knock on the door. It’s a very low-key operation. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We just want to get the work done correctly. Some days we spend more time on the phone than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes in this business. The trees around Kushal Park give us some shade which is nice during the hotter months. We’ve been here at 411 038 for a long time and we know the local rickshaw drivers by sight. It’s a comfortable, practical place to spend our working hours without any unnecessary drama.
