We’ve been working out of our office in Rohit Residency on Baner Road for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right near the Vodafone showroom, just across from Kapil Malhar Society. It’s a busy spot but easy to find. Our team handles a mix of things here, from the actual architecture and civil engineering side of things to the interior design work. We spend most of our days at Flat No 4, 1/D, either looking over blueprints or talking about site plans. It’s a small team, mostly just us trying to get the drawings right and making sure the construction part goes okay. Pune is growing so fast, especially around the Baner area, so there is always something going on outside the window. We mostly deal with local projects around the city. We don’t really have a big fancy reception or anything, just a workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic on Baner Road gets a bit loud, but it’s a good place to be based. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood lately. Usually, one of us is in the office handling the paperwork or the design software while others are out at the sites. It’s just how we run things. If you drop by, you’ll probably see piles of sketches and some samples lying around. We just try to keep things moving forward and make sure the houses or offices we work on turn out right.
