We are located in the Greetwell Building right on F C Road in Deccan Gymkhana. If you know Goodluck Chowk, then you know exactly where we are. It is one of the most crowded and lively parts of Pune, and we have been here for a long time. Architect Avinash Haval Agora Designers Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us who enjoy the chaos of this area. The building, 1249/50, has that old Pune charm to it. Our office windows look out toward the street, so we see the students and the shoppers all day long. It can be hard to concentrate sometimes with all the noise from the traffic and the cafes nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don’t have a sleek, modern lobby. Instead, we have shelves full of old files and models that we’ve built over the years. We spend a lot of time debating about stairs or light fixtures. It’s a real job with real headaches, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We often grab a quick snack from the stalls at the chowk when we are too busy to have a proper lunch. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do decent work for the people who come through our door. Every project has its own set of problems and we just try to solve them one by one.
