Archana Industries

Down in Dhanakawadi, you can find Archana Industries at 1043. It’s more of a workshop than a corporate office, which is exactly how we like it. The floor is concrete and usually has a few scuff marks from moving equipment around. We’ve been at this location for a good while now, and the neighbors don't mind the hum of the machines during the day. It’s a practical space. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back area where the real work happens. The air usually smells a bit like metal or oil, depending on what we are working on that week. We have a small corner for eating lunch, which is basically just a table and a couple of plastic chairs. It’s not the most comfortable place, but it works for us. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure the machines are running like they should. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. The address 1043 is painted on the wall outside so people can find us. It’s a simple life of hard work and staying busy. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just focus on the pile of work sitting in front of us. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just sit outside and wait for it to come back.
