Aqua Purified Services

You can find Aqua Purified Services over at Flat No 803 on Chandigarh Road in Kothrud. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. It’s a bit of a mix here, with the road being busy but the flat itself staying relatively quiet. We use the space to run our service operations. It’s not like a retail shop where you walk in and see products on shelves. It’s more of a home base for our team. We handle a lot of calls about water purification. Most of the time, the guys are out on the road visiting customers, so the office stays pretty still. We’ve got a small kitchen area and a couple of desks with computers that have seen better days. The Kothrud area is a nice part of town, and we’ve settled in well. We don't have any polished mission statements or fancy brochures. If someone has a problem with their water, they call us, and we figure out how to help. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We keep our records in some old folders and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we fall behind when a job takes longer than expected, but that’s just life. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to change the world, we're just making sure the filters are clean and the pumps are working for the folks who call us.
