We've been in Pune for a while now. The office is just a regular place where we get our work done. Most days start with coffee and a quick chat about what's on the list for the afternoon. It isn't anything fancy, just a group of us sitting at desks. Sometimes the traffic getting here is a mess, but that is part of living in the city. We do our tasks, handle the files, and try to keep things moving. It gets busy during the middle of the week. You might see some of us heading out for a snack at the stalls nearby. The building is easy to find if you know the area. We have been around long enough that the regulars know who we are. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside. We don't really do big speeches or anything like that. Everyone just knows what they need to do. If someone asks what we do, we just show them the current project. It works for us. The windows look out over the street and you can hear the horns honking all day. It’s just how it is here. We try to leave on time when we can. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We just keep at it and make sure the work is finished.
