We’ve been based here in Kothrud for a while now. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we’ve got our small office set up where we mostly spend our days staring at screens. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the evenings, but inside it’s just the usual office chatter and the sound of people typing. We aren't a big corporate firm with fancy lobbies or a front desk person to greet you. It’s just us doing our work. Most mornings start with someone getting tea from the stall down the road, and we usually stand around for ten minutes talking about the cricket score or the weather before we actually sit down. We go through our emails and try to get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a bit, but we just manage with what we have. People in the building know us as the tech guys. We don't have a big sign or anything outside. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. It’s a decent place to work, really. There’s a lot of greenery around some of the back lanes if you walk far enough during your break. We usually eat lunch together at the big table, talking about whatever happened over the weekend or just complaining about how hot it’s getting this month. It’s not anything special or fancy, just a regular workplace in a regular neighborhood. We’ve grown a little bit since we started, but we still feel like the same small group. We're just focused on what’s on our desks.
