Apparao Shankarrao Farmers Producer is basically just a bunch of us from Adool Bk in the Paithan area. We use Appa Shankar’s place as a home base for our group. Most of us have been farming since we were kids, learning from our fathers and grandfathers. It’s a quiet life in our village, but the work never really stops. We grow what we can and hope for the best with the monsoon. We started this company because it was getting harder to manage everything alone. Whether it is buying seeds or trying to sell what we grew, everything felt like a mountain to climb. Now, we sit down together and try to make things a bit easier for everyone involved. You won’t find any suits here. We’re usually out in the dirt, checking on the plants or fixing some machinery that decided to quit on us. Paithan is a good place, but farming here has its own set of headaches. We try to help each other out when someone’s tractor breaks or when the bugs get into the crops. It’s about being neighbors first and business partners second. We just want to keep the farms running and make sure there’s food on the table. It’s not a complicated setup, just honest work by people who care about their land and their village. Every season is a new gamble, but we take it together as a team.
