We operate out of Patwardhan Baug in the Erandwane area. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the big industrial zones because it's more of a settled neighborhood. We do engineering work, mostly small-scale stuff that requires a lot of attention. Our space is tucked away and it’s actually quite nice to work here because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. We’ve got a few benches set up with our tools and some testing equipment. It started off as a small project in a garage and just grew into this over time. We handle different types of technical problems for local clients who need things fixed or designed. There are usually a few of us around, mostly just local guys who like figuring out how things work. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We just answer the phone, listen to what someone needs, and see if we can build it or fix it. The commute is easy for most of us, which is a big plus. Sometimes we have clients drop by just to chat about a new idea they have. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get the work done. The shop can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and spare parts, but we know our way around the mess. We usually try to clear out the scrap metal once a month so we have more room to walk.
