You can find us over at 13 Saif Garden in the Hadapsar area of Pune. We’ve been working in the housing construction business for a while, and this office is where we manage all the different sites we have going on. Pune is growing so fast, especially out this way, so there’s always something new to look at or a new problem to solve. We aren't the kind of company that has a lot of fancy brochures or a high-tech reception area. Our office is a bit crowded with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks that people have left behind. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to contractors and suppliers. It gets busy, and sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the plans rolled up everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't really care about sounding corporate or polished. We just want to make sure the houses we’re building are done right and on time. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we’ve seen it all. We have our tea breaks, we argue a bit over the schedules when things get delayed, and then we get back to work. It’s just the way it goes here. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and we’re doing it right here in Hadapsar. Sometimes the traffic outside makes us late, but we always show up.
