Angel Soft Technologies Pune

Out here in Katraj, specifically at B 8 Santosh Nagar, we run our technology setup. It’s not one of those massive IT parks you see in Hinjewadi. We have a modest office space where a few of us sit with our laptops and monitors all day. The electricity goes out sometimes, so we have our backups ready. We handle different types of software work, mostly stuff that comes in from regular clients we've known for years. Pune is a big city for tech, but we like staying in this part of town because it’s where we live. The desks are a bit messy with wires and coffee mugs everywhere. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything. Most days it's just about getting the code to work and making sure the bugs are fixed before the weekend. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we just put on our headphones. We started small and stayed that way on purpose. It’s easier to manage things when you know everyone in the room. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just order something from the shop downstairs or bring dabbas from home. It is a practical way to work. People around Santosh Nagar know us as the computer guys. We’ve been at this Pune address for a bit now and it suits how we operate.
