We are based here at Tilak Road in Chakala. Anfal Exim Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The area is usually quite crowded with trucks and people moving around, which makes sense for an import-export place. Inside, it's nothing fancy, just some desks, computers, and a lot of files that seem to pile up no matter how much we organize them. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a lot of back and forth on the phones with vendors and shipping agents. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, especially when the AC isn't keeping up, but we manage. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the local rhythm goes. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big presentations. It’s more about getting the documents sorted and making sure the cargo is moving. If you walk down Tilak Road, you’ll see the sign. It’s just a regular office where we do our work and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad. Chakala can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to wrap things up by five. It isn't always possible though, especially when there's a deadline or a shipment stuck somewhere. We just keep at it day by day and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
