Aneja Associates, Chartered Accountants

We've been here at Laxminarayan Apartments on Kumthekar Road for a while now. Aneja Associates isn't a big flashy office or anything, just a few of us working on tax returns and audits every day. Sadashiv Peth is a busy area, so there’s always someone dropping off folders or asking about GST filings. Most of the work involves sitting with calculators and spreadsheets, making sure everything adds up right. It gets a bit hectic during March, like it does for everyone in this line of work. We mostly deal with small business owners from around Pune who just need their books sorted out without too much fuss. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the physical files we keep, but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate meeting thing here. Usually, it’s just a quick chat over tea to discuss whatever notice or balance sheet is on the desk. People find us easily enough because we’re right near the main road at 762/63. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the way we handle the accounts hasn't shifted much. We just stick to the rules and get the numbers filed on time. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. If you're looking for us, we're usually in by ten, unless there's heavy traffic on the way in.
