Andante India Consultants

We are based in Sadashiv Peth and also have a connection to Sarakki Village at 3 1413. It’s a bit of a specific address for Andante India Consultants, but it’s where we have set ourselves up. The office in Sadashiv Peth is where we do most of our daily meetings and computer work. It’s an older part of the city with a lot of history and narrow streets. We like the atmosphere there. At the 3 1413 location, things are a bit more quiet. I handle a lot of the consulting documents and talk to people who need advice on their projects. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to act like we know everything. We just listen to what people need and try to help out based on what we’ve learned over the years. The desks are a bit worn out and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic, but they work for us. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to do a good job. We don't have any awards on the walls or big posters about our values. We just show up and do the work. The commute between the areas can be a bit long depending on the traffic, but we manage. It’s a practical way to run a business and we enjoy the people we meet. It’s just a normal job and we are normal people doing it.
