We are over at Amar Geet, in flat A-402. Our building is right opposite Vaibhav Cinema in Hadapsar. If you know Pune-28, you know how busy this stretch of road can get. The cinema brings in a lot of crowds, and the traffic is pretty much constant throughout the day. Our office is on the fourth floor, which helps a bit with the noise, but you can still hear the city moving outside. We’ve been here for years, doing all sorts of tax and audit work. It’s a modest office, nothing too grand or modern. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. Most of our clients are local shopkeepers or people living in the Hadapsar area. They like that they can just drop in while they are out doing their errands or catching a movie. We spend a lot of time on the computer, dealing with the government’s online systems, which can be a real pain sometimes. During the summer, it gets quite hot in the office, but we keep the fans going and keep working through the files. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a small team of accountants who know the local area well. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our name on the building or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We just try to get the work done correctly and keep our records straight for everyone.
