Anand Health Club

Anand Health Club has been part of Sun City Road for a long time now. We are right at Shiv Pushpa Park Chowk, which is near the Classic Apartment. It is a decent spot in Anand Nagar where people like to walk in the mornings. Our gym isn't the kind with neon lights or loud music playing all the time. It is a bit more basic than that. We have the weights, the benches, and some machines that have seen a lot of use but still work fine. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby buildings. They come in, do their sets, and talk a bit about their day. It feels more like a small community than just a place to sweat. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, and it gets warm in the summer, but nobody seems to mind much. We keep the place clean as best as we can. My day starts early to open up the shutters before the first person arrives at 6 am. It is a routine that I have gotten used to over the years. We don't have trainers in suits, just regular guys who know how to lift. If you want a place that is straightforward and close to home, this is it. It is just a local club for local people trying to stay active without any fuss. We focus on the basics and making sure everyone feels welcome.
