An International Search Firm (Head Hunter)

We are an international search firm, or what people usually call head hunters. Our office is in the Kumar Paradise building in Hadapsar, Pune. We are quite close to Magarpatta City, which is where a lot of the big IT companies are. It’s a good location for us because of all the activity nearby. Despite the 'international' part of our name, our local office is pretty down-to-earth. We don't have a massive floor in a skyscraper. We just work out of our space in Kumar Paradise. The work involves a lot of searching and reaching out to people for senior roles. It can be quite a slow process sometimes, waiting for people to call back. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on professional networking sites. The office has a lot of natural light, which is nice during the day. Hadapsar is a busy part of Maharashtra, and the traffic near Magarpatta can be a real headache, but we’ve learned the best times to avoid the worst of it. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. There isn't much hierarchy or corporate stuff going on. We just focus on finding the right people for the jobs we have on hand. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the latest trends in the industry without making a big deal about it. It’s just a regular job for us.
