Amar Industries

Amar Industries is out in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, specifically Plot No 252 in Sector No 10. It’s a big industrial area under the Pcntda, and we’re located quite close to the Times of India building. If you are familiar with Bhosari, you know it’s the heart of manufacturing around here. Our factory isn't huge, but we make the most of every square inch. We’ve got machines running most of the day, so it’s never really quiet. I spend a lot of time coordinating with the guys on the floor and making sure we have enough materials to finish the orders. We aren't some polished corporate entity. We’re a bunch of local workers making parts and doing our best to meet deadlines. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a shipment is late, but we just deal with it and move on. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind what we do. We just want to produce decent work and keep our customers satisfied. Most of the people we work with are other businesses in the same estate. We help each other out when we can. It’s a tough environment but it’s rewarding to see something being built from scratch. If you’re ever in Sector 10, stop by. The gate is usually open, and someone is always around to help you out if you have a question. We stay here late most nights to get the orders finished on time for everyone.
