Amantra Farms Private Limited

We are located in the One North Tower over on Magarpatta Road in Hadapsar. Specifically, you will find us in the Spica building, unit F-801. It is a busy area of Pune, and the tower is quite big. We are not a traditional farm with a barn and a tractor right outside the door, since we are up on the eighth floor. Most of what we do here involves the planning and management side of the farms. It is a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls to people out in the fields. We started this because we saw a way to help things run smoother. It is not always easy. Sometimes the data does not match what is actually happening on the ground, and we have to figure it out quickly. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby with coffee machines. It is just our workspace where we get things sorted. We handle the paperwork and the logistics that keep everything moving. The traffic on Magarpatta Road can be pretty bad during rush hour, so we are often here late finishing up. We do not have a fancy corporate philosophy. We just want the farms we work with to do well. It is a mix of city office life and rural reality. We are just a team of people trying to do a decent job from our corner of Hadapsar. There is always a lot to do. (249 words)
