Alshan Beauty Parlour

Our little shop is tucked away in Ajmera Society over in Bhawani Peth. We have shops number 3 and 4, so it’s a bit more space than we started with. Being near Poona College means we see a lot of students and young people walking by all the time. The area is always buzzing with activity, which I like. Inside the parlour, it’s mostly just us doing hair, threading, and the usual beauty stuff that people need. We don't have those bright neon lights or a fancy receptionist. It’s just me and a couple of girls working hard to keep everyone looking decent. Sometimes it gets really crowded on Saturday afternoons, and people have to wait a bit on the plastic chairs we keep outside. We keep our tools clean and our mirrors bright, which is what actually matters in the end. A lot of our regulars are women from the society who just want their eyebrows done or a quick haircut without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been at 513 Shop for a while now, and the neighbors have become like family. It’s not a spa with soft music and cucumbers on your eyes, just a regular place where we get the job done and talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We try to keep the prices fair so everyone can come in. It’s a simple life here in Pune 411042, just working day by day.
