Alpha Placements (Cosultency)

Alpha Placements is based in Pimpri, specifically in the B3 building of Karmyog Society. We’re up in Flat 302. Kaamgar Nagar is a busy area, and we’ve been part of it for a bit now. Our work is pretty straightforward. We help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at resumes all day long. Some days are better than others, especially when we find a good match for someone who really needs a start. We don't have a big corporate office with a view. It’s just a flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels more like a home than a cold office, which we prefer. There’s usually a pile of papers on the table and the printer is always humming. We aren't into those fancy recruitment slogans. We just try to listen to what people are looking for and see if we can help. Being in Pimpri-18 means we see a lot of industrial folks and office seekers. We just do our best to keep everyone’s details straight. It’s a small operation here at Alpha Placements. We don't have a lot of staff, but we stay busy. It’s practical work, and we just keep at it day by day without making a big fuss about things. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes and the elevator is slow, but the office inside is bright enough for us to work.
