Alp Management Consultants

We are located at Flat No. 12 in the Hill View Apartment on Prabhat Road. This is Lane 15 in Pune, which is actually a pretty nice part of town. Alp Management Consultants isn't a big firm with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a flat that we’ve converted into an office space. We think it works better that way because it's quieter. We spend our time consulting with different businesses on how to manage their staff and their operations. It involves a lot of meetings and even more reading. We look at how companies are set up and try to find ways they can do things a bit better or more simply. Usually, we are sitting around the main table with a bunch of documents and some tea. It’s a low-key atmosphere. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a client meeting. Most of the time, it’s just us working through spreadsheets and writing up reports on our laptops. Prabhat Road has a lot of trees and it’s a bit calmer than the rest of Pune, which we like. Sometimes we get distracted by the noise from the street, but mostly it’s a good place to think. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We just do our consulting work and try to help the businesses that come to us. No big mystery to it.
