Alp Management Consultants is over in Kothrud, Pune. Specifically, we are at Flat No. 4 in the Sonchafa Building. This is part of the Rajpath Society in Paran Hans Nagar. It is a residential area, so it is a lot quieter than the main roads. We like it that way because it makes it easier to focus. Being in a flat instead of a commercial plaza gives the office a more relaxed feel. We do management consulting, which involves a lot of talking and looking at data. The team is not very big, so we all sit fairly close together. Sometimes the society kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. It feels like a very local, Pune way of doing business. We have been in this building for a few years now. Most of our clients just come by and we sit in the main room to discuss things. There is no formal reception area. We just have some bookshelves and our desks. Kothrud is a great place to be because everything is close by. We usually walk down the street to get some snacks in the evening. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and keep things simple. It is a practical setup that has served us well so far in Rajpath Society.
