Alliance Resource Management

Our office is over at Z-3/103 in the Goldcoast Apartment. It’s in the Viman Nagar area of Pune, which is quite a lively spot. Being near Symbiosis International School means there are always students and parents moving around outside. The apartment itself is where we handle all the Alliance Resource Management stuff. It’s not like those giant corporate offices you see in the IT parks. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace. We’ve got files everywhere and a few desks crammed into the rooms. It’s usually us trying to find the right people for different jobs. The bell rings when someone comes for an interview, and we have to make sure there are enough chairs for them. Viman Nagar has some nice places to grab a quick snack, so we usually head out for a bit in the evening. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, but the lift usually works. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to candidates and companies. It can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of roles to fill at once. We don't have any flashy signs, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup. The light comes in through the balcony in the mornings, which is nice. We just focus on keeping our records straight and making sure we don't lose any resumes in the pile. It is a quiet place to get things done.
