Alliance Industries

Down here in Chakan, things are always moving. Alliance Industries has been set up at 679 2 1 for a good stretch of time. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly factories and trucks moving in and out all day long. We focus on industrial parts and getting orders out on time. The floor is usually pretty dusty, but that’s expected in this kind of work. We aren't a huge operation with thousands of workers, just a dedicated team that knows the machines well. Some of us have been here since the beginning. Every morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the equipment is greased and ready. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team roaming around. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s loud in the shop, so we mostly talk over the noise or wait for lunch breaks to catch up. The Chakan heat can be tough in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we have enough fans to keep it manageable. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we're changing the world. We just make parts that people need. Sometimes a shipment is late because of the road conditions, but we do what we can to fix it. It's a straightforward way to make a living and we’re alright with that. We just keep our heads down and get the manufacturing done.
