We operate right here in Pune. It’s a big city and it’s always growing, but we’ve managed to find our own little corner to work from. Our office is a pretty normal place with desks, chairs, and too many cables running along the floor. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to folks who come by. It isn't a flashy environment. We don't have a reception desk with someone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from what we’re doing. We aren't corporate people who use a lot of big words to describe simple things. We just do the work. Pune is a busy place, and the traffic can be a nightmare, so we’re just happy to have a steady place to come to every morning. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the files organized, though sometimes they pile up on the corners of our desks. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We know how things work in this town and we don't try to overcomplicate it. Our day is mostly spent dealing with paperwork and making sure people have the right info. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that add up to a full day of work. We don't have any big slogans or fancy missions. We just want to do a decent job and go home at the end of the shift. It is a simple life and it works for us.
