We are over in New Sangvi at Flat Number 2 in Ganesh Nagar. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our HR work for the Pune area. Getting here can be a bit of a trek if the traffic on the main road is bad, which it usually is during the morning rush. The building is just a regular residential-style block, so you have to look closely for the sign on the door. Inside, we have our desks and a couple of old chairs for when people stop by to drop off paperwork. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the day-to-day stuff to worry about that right now. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. It’s a lived-in space. Most days you’ll hear the neighbors’ kids playing out in the lane or the sound of scooters passing by. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile office park. There is a small tea stall just a short walk away where we usually grab a quick break. It’s just us here at Alchemist Hr Services, keeping things organized and making sure the files are in order. Nothing fancy, just a local office doing what we do every day.
