Alankar Hair Salon

Alankar Hair Salon is right on Sasoon Road in Pune. It is quite close to Pune Station so there are always people walking by. We have been here for a good long time now. The chairs are old but comfortable enough for a quick trim. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside from the station area. People come in for a haircut and sometimes a shave. We don't do anything too fancy or modern. It is just a regular shop where you can sit down and get your hair sorted out. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast on Saturdays. We try to sweep it up when we get a minute. Being near the station means we see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are just passing through town and need to look tidy. Others have been coming to us for twenty years. Sasoon Road is always busy. The shop smells like talcum powder and aftershave mostly. We keep the mirrors clean. That is about it. There isn't a big waiting area so sometimes you just have to stand by the door. It is a small place but it works for us. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. Just look for the sign near the station. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
